The frying pan with a new technology for its collection of Eva Trio stainless steel frying pans: Induction heat control. No more burnt food means the non-stick Slip-Let coating will last longer. Thanks to the new technology, on an induction cooker the frying pan will never get hotter than 230C. The heat is easier to control, and the coating will not be damaged by excessive temperatures.
