US Shipping: Free Shipping on All Orders Over $100

Counterpoint Design Shop offers free ground shipping on orders over $100 that ship within the United States!

Orders under the $100 threshold are charged a $7.95 flat rate shipping fee.

*The Eva Solo FireGlobe Fireplace and Firebox Garden Wood Burner are ineligible for this offer due to size and weight.*

We calculate shipping to Canada based on order weight:

Returns

Counterpoint Design Resources is highly committed to customer satisfaction.

For most of our products, if you aren't satisfied, you may return it within 30 days for a refund (in new, unused condition and original packaging).

Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been received at our facilities and inspected.

The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the credit amount. You are responsible for the return shipping cost of any item you return, with the exception of defective items.

Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns of clearance/no box merchandise.

Canada:

Return orders from Canada will have shipping and any applicable taxes and customs duties deducted from the refund.
